Thanks for shopping with Golf Life Apparel. Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand) once you place your order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final (Made-to-Order Items)
All of our apparel is printed and fulfilled on demand. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size selected
-
change of mind
-
buyer’s remorse
-
ordering the wrong item/color
-
normal variations in print placement or color that can occur in printing
We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Refunds & Replacements for Issues
We happily offer a free replacement or a refund if your item arrives:

damaged
-
defective
-
misprinted
-
materially different from what you ordered (wrong item/design)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to request help:

your order number

clear photos of the issue (item + packaging if relevant)

a short description of what’s wrong
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you will not be asked to return the item.
Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows the package as:
-
lost in transit, or
-
delivered but not received
please contact us at ggolflife@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (or delivery confirmation). We’ll investigate and help determine the best resolution.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can:

reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or
-
offer a refund minus original shipping (if applicable), once the item is returned to the fulfillment facility (when possible)
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because orders move quickly into production, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it’s placed.
If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately at ggolflife@gmail.com with your order number. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to help.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but typically appear within 5–10 business days.
