At Golf Life Apparel we're committed to ensuring you receive your eagerly anticipated gear as swiftly as possible. Our dedicated fulfillment team works diligently to dispatch packages within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is on its way, the delivery timeframe is contingent upon your chosen shipping method:
Ground Shipping: 8-10 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
International Shipping: 5-10 Business Days
Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email containing tracking information after the initial 24-48 hour fulfillment period. Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that a package is returned to Golf Life Apparel as "Return To Sender" due to an inaccurate shipping address, a $10 Return To Sender Fee will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with reshipment. Our customer support representative will promptly notify you of the return, reconfirm the delivery address, and invoice the Return To Sender Fee. Payments can be conveniently made through the original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.
For all sales, including Warehouse sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and any others featured on our website, our fulfillment time may increase due to the increase in volume. For this, we apologize and are working to ensure that we stick as close to the 24 - 48 hour time frame as we can.
Please note that errors in shipping addresses that are caused by auto-populated fields such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or any other auto-fill method will not be replaced by our team, as this is a preventable occurrence. In the event this occurs, you will be required to contact the mail carrier to either reroute the package or put in place a mail forwarding rule with the local post office.
